

Arroyo Phase 1
Underground Joint Trench work at Arroyo Vista Phase One in Livermore included 18,300’ of trenching and the installation of over 41,000 feet of conduit to support electrical and communication systems throughout the new residential community. Crews also installed residential street lighting infrastructure to serve the development and surrounding public right of way. In addition, over 200 utility enclosures were installed in landscaping and pavement areas. Aiken also pulled, spliced and installed all PG&E equipment.

Shea Portola Apartments
Underground Joint Trench work at the Portola Apartments site included the excavation of over 5,000’ of trenching for residential utility installation. Crews installed 36 utility vaults and boxes to support electrical distribution across the site. The scope also included primary and secondary splicing of the PG&E electric system to complete service connections and ensure system functionality.

Cava (Triad East) & Amerone (Triad West)
Underground Joint Trench work at the two Triad sites in Livermore include completion of all dry utility systems across both phases of the project. The scope featured installation of over 20 city streetlights, along with associated bollards and pull boxes to support site infrastructure. Crews also installed a combined total of approximately 18,000 feet of conduit to provide electrical and communication service throughout the developments.

Residential Service Completion
